MEET THE WEST COUNTRY MEDALLISTS’

HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY SESSION

FUN SOCIAL AWAY DAY SHARED EXPERIENCE

 

GATCOMBE FARM LONG ASHTON

MONDAY 11th MAY 2026

Sessions start from 2pm and 5.30pm for groups of 12 (two teams of six or for chains three groups of four).

​​​

Events hosted by GB Medallists from Paris 2024.

​

You are invited to fundraise for local charity or just have a fun time by taking on the West Country Olympic and Paralympic Athletes in 15 unique non sporting physical and mental challenges.

​

Your session starts with a walk through The Medallist Maze, an interactive Instagram / Tik Tok friendly engagement with the host GB Medallists. Once you get the selfies and videos with the Athletes you then get to the Beat the Medallist zone.

TEAMS OF SIX (pub chains are looking at groups of four) compete against one and other for individual glory, also trying to beat the times and points set by the GB Medallists on 15 fun activity and problem solving challenges;

​​​

Sponsorship gives you bonus points and times to Beat the Medallist, and supporters get the chance to win nights out and athlete related experiences.

ENTRY BY FUNDRAISING

Minimum £30 per person (£180 per Team of Six) or pay £45 per person if not fundraising. (we want you fundraising :-) )

All profits from your participation will fund places on VIP Athlete Days that have raised £683K for good causes mainly via Auctions. Your donations will be multiplied.
