BRISTOL CORPORATE SLAM 2026 (BCS26) :

IT'S LIKE ENTERING A TEAM INTO THE OLYMPICS...

EVERY EVENT COUNTS:

BCS26 uniquely connects existing sporting events with exciting social gatherings to create a year-long narrative that determines the most social, competitive, and fun corporate entities in Bristol. in one event or all of them—just email us your intent to compete and select your favourite events as they become available.

A DIVERSE RANGE OF EVENTS:

While participation in every event isn't mandatory, we offer a diverse selection of enjoyable social and sporting activities, primarily designed for teams of two, with some requiring teams of four or six. You can mix and match participants each time, similar to Team GB at the Olympics, where different individuals represent your company in events. Click here for the events lineup.

Let's talk about Money

In most events we have asked you for teams of two, inviting people in your organisation to take part in events they really like doing the majority in their own time after work. Obviously some employers will contribute, others won't. Its only the social competitive activities that are slightly more expensive than you would normally be charged, £10 per head is to reflect that its part of a year long Series,

So, again wanted to bring to your attention the innovative ways this can be reduced down to zero, using existing budgets or by innovative personal fundraising.

Sponsorship including multiplying Social Value Fund

Supporting good causes with the GB Athletes and helping to add to the £673K they have raised, allows us to give you a healthy participation budget to spend on entry fees throughout 2026.and see at the barest minimum good causes receive 100% of your donated sum. Fundraising by team members

Series Surcharge of £10 per head on the social competitive activities, is for the elevated purpose of the event as part of Bristol Corporate Slam
However supporting good causes with the GB Athletes and helping to add to the £673K they have raised, will reduce the entry fee by £1 for every £2.50 raised and see at the barest minimum the good cause receive 100% of your donated sum. You can reduce your entry fee down to zero.
Your supporters will get access to money off offers on sports events, experiences and the regular chance to win amazing social or sporting prizes.
This all helps propel you up the Social Impact Table, which will be the main award come November 2026.

I don't think any other event in 2026 gives fundraisers and their donors this opportunity, its our way of saying thank you.

THIS HOW THIS IS GOING TO WORK

There will be a minimum of 14 social and sporting events in 2026:
Corporates will be awarded points per event with 12 points down to 1pt for the leading teams in each event.
Each teams SIX best Events will be averaged out to create an overall BCS26 Leader Board, with -5 points for any gaps up to the SIX. (i.e. if you do three events your overall total will be deducted -15 points)
There are bonus Social Impact points for the top three fundraising teams in each BCS26 operated events. .
Minimum qualification for Leader Boards is to participate in TWO BCS26 operated events.
In the numerous events where you can put more than one team in, we will carry forward the points of the highest finisher from your organisation.
Each event will have a few other rules, but worry about that on the day right?

If we suddenly get an influx of companies covering stuff we didn't even know existed, then hell we will add another category.

HOW DO THE INDUSTRY LEADERBOARDS WORK?

The overall results feed into the City Leaderboard, from those results we then place you into your Industry Leaderboard.

During November 2025, we are just seeking your interest in the Bristol Corporate Slam concept, if you do however know what events you want to do, even better.

Please email bcs26@partyforthepodium.com to state that interest, its not binding you into all the events just the ones you want to participate in.

Each of the events making up the Slam have their own entry deadlines. and its by those specific dates we will need payments, details of participants etc.
